This is the House that Morelle Built

The citizens will win.

As a conservative I'll go with Bill Johnson over Tom Richards. Richards/Morelle/Duffy represent everything that's wrong with the City for the past few years. They killed RenSq because they didn't want Maggie to be successful with a project. They totally messed up the Midtown development to the point we are creating a giant hole with nothing to fill it. Their cheerleaders at the D&C are confounded by the Johnson campaign, for good reason. Their knee jerk liberal instincts are showing what they really are -- angry, top-down, micromanaging Big Government control freaks.

Tom Richards is now tainted with the stink of all the shady dealings with David Gantt, Joe Morelle and Bob Duffy. Between their corruption and Richards' arrogance in demanding that the way be paved clear and with gold in front of him makes the entire lot worth a bucket of spit.

I'll take Bill Johnson thank you. He has no dirty horse in this race. He's his own man. Remember, that's how he won the first time.

Reilich should seriously consider endorsing Johnson. They should absolutely, positively avoid any association with Richards. He is everything people normally associate with the GOP (corporate greed, sacrificing ordinary workers for millions in personal gain), while Johnson was actually pretty conservative while mayor. Now, if only Jack Doyle would endorse him...that's a press conference I'd love to see.
