Only it's not Britain's Queen Elizabeth II. It's her mother, Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother.
And it wasn't in 2010. The Queen Mum died in 2002.

The D&C editors need to have a more culturally inclusive outlook. They need to look beyond their stale and limiting Third World thinking. If they understood Anglo-American culture, they would have not made this mistake!
